A translation agency, Translations.hr (ABIS d.o.o.), is aware of the importance of protecting personal data, primarily because we use it to provide more appropriate services and information to our clients. Where do we store your personal information and for how long?
Your personal information, which we received with your explicit consent, is stored in digital or physical form in the archive (depending on the type of personal information obtained). The archive is properly secured and authorized by ABIS d.o.o. employees.
The personal information you provide to us electronically is stored on our servers at our company premises and sometimes at the companies whose tools we use. For example, web hosting or an email communication tool provider stores recipient information. ABIS d.o.o. cooperates exclusively with the leading providers of the aforementioned services and tools that are also subject to the EU Directive, and as such have well-established data protection mechanisms and guarantee that they would never use any of our clients’ data.
We hold your personal information until you withdraw consent to the storage and processing of your personal data, i.e. for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which the data are processed or to satisfy legal requirements.

On our website you will find forms that you are required to complete with your personal information that we need for the purposes specified by law (or contract), such as first name, last name, company information, address and contact information.

execution of services (delivery of translations or sending interpreters and equipment if needed for the execution of the service – e.g. simultaneous interpretation)

What are cookies?
